Urgent Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
– Minimum of 10 years of experience with UPDA Grade A certified.
– Maintain project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
– Monitor on variations between budgets.
– Identify and manage contractual risks and variations, seeking approval when necessary.
– PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
– Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
– Must have experience to QS related works with PWA
– Duration: 12 months
