SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)
• B.E/BSc/B.Tech. Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors are required with
the following skills;
• Over 10+ yrs. experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management in the
MEP Construction field. The position is responsible for the coordination of
all quantity surveying services, including but not limited to the preparation/
reviewing of bills of quantities, rate analysis, monitoring project budgets,
contractual correspondence, extensions of time claims, verification &
certification of payments to the subcontractors, valuations of works in
progress, forecasting of final costs and sales, prepare & monitor project
cash flow forecasts, measure, value, submit and negotiate contract
variations, project final accounts and any other commercial activities
required for the projects.
• Should possess high-end administration, communication and negotiation
skills, Smart and professional appearance. Good command of the English
language, both written and spoken.
