1. Screens potential business deals by analyzing Qatar market; evaluating options and recommending opportunities.
2. Understand client’s needs, initiate strategies for business growth, define action plan to achieve the sales target.
3. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
4. Manages the proposal development process.
5. Maintains the business development, sales database, and CRM Activities.
6. Replies to official tenders and develops strategies during unsolicited proposals.
7. Build profit & loss statements, prepare proposal & tenders, organize meetings and follow-ups with potential & existing clients.
8. Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
9. Accountable for the market awareness of the company in Qatar.
10. Works closely with all other sector heads to ensure a seamless sale process.
11. Strategically Involved in new business growth and responsible for all new business activity within the country and retention selling.
Job requirements
• Relevant experience in the same field.
• Prominent Experience working in Oil and Gas field.
• Experienced in Catering, housekeeping, and Facility Management Fields.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networker and corporate relationship builder.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
