-Candidate should have 6-8 years of relevant experience
-Proven experience in organization development & HR planning.
-Design and maintain department’s and unit’s charts
-Develop department’s communication protocols
-Prepare and update job descriptions and profiles
– Impose culture of high performance organization Conduct workload analysis and identify manpower shortages and surpluses
-Implement company compensation structure with all related stakeholders.
