• The right candidate should have a wide network of contacts in the field and proven track
record of securing new businesses with huge contracts within the Facility Management and
Security Services Sector.
• He must be skilled in preparing and presenting commercial bids to company decision makers,
negotiate and close sales. As a result, his skills should translate into increased revenues, new
customer opportunities, and long-term business growth.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or any relevant field of study
• 8-10 years’ experience with proven track record of securing huge contracts in the FM and
Security Services sector
• Excellent command of English communication and administrative skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Can manage a Customer Management System
• Sound knowledge of both private and public industry/client sectors and tendering and
commissioning procedures
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
