Waiter Trainer

We are looking for a waiter – Trainer who has experience in doing excellent presentations (Dining Table, Buffets, Dining Area presentations) in High end Hotels. The selected candidate will be responsible to train the Waiters on Excellent presentation and supervising the overall presentations in Events.

Responsibilities

The Selected Candidate:
Train the waiters on excellent presentation (50%).
Responsible for the overall presentations in Events.
Guiding and supervising the presentations in Events.
Will be responsible for the timely arrangement.
Arrange the presentations according to target customers, time and etc.
Managing the prompt efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage.
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all the Team members.
Direct and supervise staff members engaged in daily operation.
Encourage proactive, efficient, and effective communication. within the restaurant in order to promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.
Managing the daily briefing with the staff to ensure smooth running of the service sequences.
Provides excellent customer service in a prompt and courteous manner.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, address guests service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Will always try to satisfy customers beyond their expectation
Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivering of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other departments.
Implement & manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOP’s.
Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality through guest comments, comment cards and guest incident reports and share observations and recommendations with the Manager.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Ensure that all communications between restaurant and kitchen run smoothly.
Hold weekly meetings with the Managing Partner to ensure that operation is going as it should and to ensure that any special arrangements are properly communicated.
Be aware of the company policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety.
Familiarize with emergency exits and evacuation procedures.

Requirements
High School qualification or equivalent.
Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is preferred.
Should have 5+ years experience in working in Luxury Hotels and possess experience in managing the presentation in Events
A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a trainer in presentations
Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service
Familiar with restaurant point of sales and cashiering procedures is preferred
Perform job with attention to details and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of Fine Dining service procedures and standards as well as casual dining procedures
Is a Creative thinker, a true mentor, result oriented, Customer friendly, true Leader & can complete tasks on confined time period.
Fluent in English and ability to converse in Hindi is Essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Details

The right candidate will be provided with an all inclusive Salary Starting from 8000 and above QAR based On Experience, Skills and Qualifications

The Salary will be decided upon Interview.
