We are looking for an Kitchen Equipment Technician who must be Available in Qatar and can join Immediately!
Key Responsibilities
– Install new kitchen and refrigeration equipment and systems when required.
– Performs service and mechanical repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment and appliances; performs all repairs, and maintenance replacement of parts for a preventive maintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data.
– Maintains, service, and repair of refrigeration units, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers.
– Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
– Receive and complete work orders.
– Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
– Detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.
– Observe safety rules, and ensure and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
– 3-5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance or installation.
– High School or Diploma in Refrigeration or Engineering.
– Must have experience in installation or maintenance of: Walk in freezers\chillers, under-counter chillers\freezers, ice machines, display cabinets, Dish washing machines, Gas fryers, ovens, grills, solid tops, woks, fry tops, Salamanders, fryers, ovens, grills, holding cabinets, steamers, microwaves.
– Ability to operate a computer.
– Good Communication in English.
– With Valid QID & NOC.
– With a Driving License.
