An institution in Qatar is currently seeking a passionate and skilled teacher to join our team as a teacher trainer. If you have a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with other educators, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
– Develop and facilitate teacher training programs that align with district goals and initiatives.
– Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
– Collaborate with school administrators and curriculum specialists to identify areas of improvement and develop training materials.
– Stay up to date with best practices in teaching and learning and incorporate them into training programs.
– Provide ongoing support and coaching to teachers to help them implement new strategies and techniques in their classrooms.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
– Teaching certification and at least 5 years of teaching experience
– Experience in curriculum development and teacher training
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
– Passion for helping teachers improve their practice and enhance student learning.
