1. Manage beverage purchasing, beverage menu designing, marketing of new products and VIP customer requests.
2. Manage all FOH positions, including scheduling, developing and coaching employees, motivating the team and continuing to drive sales.
3. Lead bar team members in everyday functions
4. Control beverage operation processes including par levels, finances and beverage menu selection
5. Manage the beverage stock and is in charge of inventory control
6. Utilize POS system to accurately charge customers, track revenue reports and ensure timeliness of food and beverage.
7. Coordinate and assist in opening/closing duties and ensure that all settings are completed according to standards and procedures prior to start of operation.
8. Review financial transactions such as the budget and payroll records to ensure the weekly expenditures are accounted for and authorize.
9. Formulate, implement and continuously review standard operating procedures, policies and practices that maximize the bars’ profitability, increase turnover (revenue and covers) and control cost and expenses.
10. Handle other administrative tasks such as: facilitation of payroll, reports, inventory and budget for beverage functions.
11. Train outlet/s bar team members to the best possible standards and to ensure consistency within the beverage operations of the outlet.
12. Ensuring that the bar team members follow the restaurant’s hygiene and sanitation standards. Making sure the bars are clean, always tidy, without any hazard and safe all the time.
13. Oversee the beverage programs of all outlets, from planning to execution.
