Position: Offshore Structural Engineer
Project duration: Temporary
Estimated start date: Immediate
Qualifications and Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
– 10+ years in oil and gas with major EPC contractors or consultants.
– Experience in working in a variety of projects and phases, including greenfield and brownfield, on and offshore, Pre-FEED through to EPC, with a focus on offshore upstream.
– Must be familiar with engineering software tools in addition to SACS, StaadPro, USFOS, ANSYS, etc
– Mandatory to pursue Engineer Registration in the State of Qatar.
– Proven core Structural Engineering skills, including design experience and preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
– Good knowledge of Diving, ROV & Survey operations.
– Must have Freelance / Secondment with Valid QID
