Required Philipino Lady Secretary cum Accountant with 2 to 3 years of work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible of day by day office operation
*Responsible for incoming/outgoing emails, flow of documents using correspondence,
* Answer telephones and respond to inquiries
* Perform administrative tasks, such as typing, filling, sorting and retrieving hard and soft copy documents
*Write emails, memos and letters
*Perform accounts tasks such as data entry, manage calendars schedule, deal with finanacial entries outgoing & incoming, invoicing, quotation etc.
*Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems and handling various documents and bill payments
* Exercise independent thinking, creativity and initiative in the performance of duties
*Quality Check all documents going out of the office
*Order & maintain stationary and office supplies, operate office equipment and manage office space
*Ensure effective and efficient administrative processes are in place, organized and moving forward.
