Sales
• Warm welcome to customers
• Introduction of Samsung products’ to end-customers
• Educate customers on Samsung product feature and specification
Marketing
• Apply standard sales guide and talk
• Sales of Samsung products and advice on customers’ Purchase decision
Training
• Participate in all trainings
• Transfer product knowledge to store managers and store floor salesmen
• Awareness on offers & promotional programs
Merchandising
• Manage and maintain condition of POP and product display
• Support promotional execution
Field Management
• Build working relationship with retail partners management and FSM
• Reporting ( sales, stock availability, and field information)
• Trouble shoot minor problems and/or report major problems to Team Leaders
