Presales Solution Consultant

The Solution Consultant provides customers and Sales Managers with superior functional and technical product knowledge. You will work closely with Sales teams and other pre-sales resources, bringing multi-vertical industry and product expertise, in order to support the entire sales cycle.

You are responsible for preparing and delivering detailed, value-oriented product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospective customers. Solution Consulting is a strategic function in the sales process at UKG. To be successful, the Solution Consultant takes responsibility for the deals they are assigned to and collaborates with the Sales Manager and contributes to the winning strategy.

In this role you will be responsible for:

To collaborate with sales partners to help qualify, consolidate, and prioritise prospects requirements
Be confident in delivering effective solution demonstrations for various UKG product suites.
To build a strong relationship to the prospect’s project team and become their trusted advisor.
To customise presentations for specific audiences to solve critical business issues.
To deliver proof of concepts that demonstrate the value of the UKG product suite.
Function as the primary liaison between the field and supporting functions for product positioning, fit and support, including the addition of new functionality for various product lines.
Respond to questions from customers, discuss upgrade opportunities for existing clients.
Assist prospects in understanding technical aspects of the solution and integration possibilities.
Provide support for RFP/RFIs, proposals and other sales-support communications regarding functional and technical questionnaires and solution overview.

To be successful in the role you will bring:

Bilingual – English and Arabic
Able to resolve complex pre-sales functional and technical problems in close collaboration with field sales personnel.
To have a strong background in all areas of business operations with a focus on WFM and HR.
To be confident to present value, resolve complex functional requirements and easily message these back to various types of audience, including the C suite.
Excellent communication skills are required, as well as good interpersonal and organisational skills, along with the understanding of the strategic sales cycle.
