As the Multi-Outlet F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our various F&B outlets, ensuring the highest levels of service, quality, & profitability. You will play a key role in driving revenue, maintaining brand standards, & fostering a culture of excellence among the F&B teams. Our major outlet contracts are B2B outlets such as cafeterias open in other companies’ headquarters to serve their staff, or school cafeterias’ serving students, or other similar outlets.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership & direction to all F&B outlets.
• Develop & implement operational standards, policies, & procedures to optimize efficiency & customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager, Head Chefs & culinary teams to create & maintain a diverse & innovative menu that exceeds expectations.
• Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, & promotional initiatives.
• Monitor & analyze financial performance, including budget management, cost control, & profitability analysis.
• Train, & mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, & exceptional service.
• Maintain inventory control to ensure quality & cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness,safety, & compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback & resolve any service-rooted issues promptly & professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to develop & execute marketing campaigns & promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends & competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement & innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role, managing multiple outlets.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets & financial reports.
• Exceptional leadership & team-building skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities & a customer-centric mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety & hygiene regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS apps & MS Office Suite.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, & holidays.
• Food & beverage certification or relevant training (preferred).
Requirements:
• Driving License is must.
