Job Title: Account Sales Manager – Female (Flower Business)

Responsibilities
· Expand the company’s market share by increasing sales for B2B and B2C through the promotion of floral and indoor plant design and supply.
· Expand the company’s market share by promoting and selling floral designs and Wedding and Event packages to hotels, and corporate and individual institutions.
· Maintaining an outstanding rapport with our esteemed clients and partners while closely working with the Operation Team to ensure meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations.
· Make sure that accounts have fresh flowers and indoor plants every day and enhance the relationship with all accounts staff for more event bookings from the concierge and events teams.
· Build a strong relationship with the client to fully understand their needs.
· Monitor client satisfaction levels and follow up on their feedback.
· Visit accounts daily to ensure the proper delivery of orders, check all locations for freshness and design standards, and provide feedback to the florists immediately.
· Ensure profitability of accounts within target margins.
· Implement policies and procedures to ensure that company standards are always met.
· Present & sell the Banquet and Concierge Albums, Events, Christmas, Ramadan, and special/seasonal occasions to the concerned teams in the accounts in order to increase the revenue flow.
· Attend the weekly meeting in the office with the Operations Manager and Senior Florists in order to discuss issues, ideas, suggestions, packages, events etc.
· Prepare & manage the Fixed & Variable Packages with assistance from the Operations Manager.
· Ensure that all relevant reports are submitted to the direct manager.
· Answering emails and requests and working closely with the team to ensure clients are satisfied.
· Ensure all events are ready and prepared and plan all plans and activities to make sure smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
· Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
· Design experience is an advantage, but not necessary
· Arabic-speaking female
Qualifications
· Grade C minimum GCSE (or similar) in English and Mathematics
· Required Experiences
· Previous experience in working in hospitality and a fast-paced environment and similar field is essential
