Assist Buying Manager in all planning & buying activities
Analyse/ review data and forecast future requirements
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for shipment and import related matters
Coordinate with warehouse for all goods receipts and related documentation
Coordinate with finance department and verify the accuracy of all purchase documents and supplier payment related matters
Data entry for purchase/ goods receipts/ sales related documents
Desired Skills & Experience
Graduate in Science/ Commerce/ Mathematics or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Ability to communicate with international suppliers and logistics partners.
Basic arithmetic skills are compulsory, capable of understanding the business metrics such as margins/ pricing/ profit & loss etc.
Capability to analyse data using Excel Worksheets and other similar tools
Should be a self-starter willing to work as per the business demand.
