We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience, including minimum of 4 years in Project Manager role. Within the industrial or oil and gas environments.
· Background in mechanical engineering is preferred, candidates with electrical and industrial engineering backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
· Experience in Qatar is considered a plus.
· PMP certification is a mandatory requirement.
· Demonstrated capability to oversee projects throughout all stages, including engineering, construction, commissioning, handover, and closure.
· Demonstrated capability to successfully leading project activities and teams to achieve on time, within budget, high quality results, while ensuring client satisfaction.
· Exceptional personal skills: effective communication, time management, attention to detail, organization, and problem solving.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills: leadership, influence, conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational and cultural awareness.
· Strong documentation and reporting skills for monitoring project progress and providing status updates.
· Understanding of and dedication to adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
· Holding a transferable visa in Qatar and driver license is considered a plus.
