Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to join our team as the Director of Operations in the dynamic and fast-paced field of garments manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the production team to create efficient schedules and ensure timely delivery of garments.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to maintain high standards for garment production.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a consistent and timely supply of quality materials.
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses.
• Identify areas for cost reduction without compromising product quality.
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work culture.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training programs to enhance team skills.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other efficiency initiatives to streamline production processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Implement safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Assess production capacity and scalability to meet current and future demand.
• Implement strategies for expanding production capabilities when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management within the garments manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in optimizing production processes and achieving cost savings.
• Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and ERP systems used in garment manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
