We are looking for an Office Assistant cum Sales Coordinator who has the following skills and qualifications since he/she shall be involved in the conduct of all admin and sales activities of the company.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Three (3) years’ experience in administration, sales, and marketing.
Works effectively and efficiently and should demonstrate high degree of drive and initiative, as work is largely unsupervised and often demanding
Pays attention to details, is results-oriented
Committed to work and continual improvement
Excellent command and proficiency of English language
Excellent knowledge of computer operation and MS Office package, workplace processes and methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving and teamwork skills
Ability to meet work output deadlines and daily activities of the office
Flexible and responsive to the needs of the organization
Preferably, holder of a driving license.
Salary range from QR3,000-3,500 plus other allowances and benefits (company telephone with SIM, ticket every 2 years, transport service, shared bachelor accommodation , medical health card and workmen’s insurance).
