MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor – MEP.

Desired Qualification:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity surveying

· Minimum 10 Years quantity surveying experience with an MEP Company

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Cost planning, estimating and BOQ production for MEP services

· Primarily pre-contract / measurement experience

· Knowledge of pricing / market rates

· Post contract MEP variation evaluation and management

· Performing Risk and Value Management and cost control functions

· Recording and monitoring all site activities and cost being expended on project

· Preparation of summary of all measured works

· Maintain a schedule of submission and responses for approvals, inspections and variations etc.

· Prepare take-offs from drawings and compare with site measurements

· Preparation of interim valuations and final account

· Preparation of MEP tender documents

· Preparation of sub-contractor payment and recording / monitoring of all sites

· Preparation of monthly commercial reports

· Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs
