Job Description:

  • Creating, drafting, editing, and reviewing submissions for legal directories and liaising with management and lawyers in ensuring the credibility and accuracy of the information being submitted on all platforms such as legal500, IFLR, Chambers&Partners.
  • Ensuring that the integrity of the firm logo and brand identity is maintained in all communication materials and promotional items.
  • Ensuring all departments use consistent and updated brand materials.
  • Liaising with management, lawyers, external outsourcing services, and business development professionals on the design of electronic and print materials, including social media posts, newsletters, invitations, brochures, signs and announcements, advertisements, and other collateral material, along with the Firm website.
  • Creating, reviewing, editing, and updating employees’ profiles, firm’s biography, website, and/or social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with external outsourcing services in deciding and reviewing the brand taglines, logo, and other promotional material.
  • Ensuring that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
  • Maintaining consistency in content and ensuring alignment with the brand history.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the Qatari market and in the GCC region.
  • Update the digital marketing strategy for the firm along with developing client surveys to identify the firm, client satisfaction, concerns, and expectations.
  • Regularly researching new methods and means which will help promote the firm’s brand image.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future media campaign development.
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Overseeing the firm’s attendance at events, seminars, workshops, and legal sector gatherings.

Candidate requirements:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in a related field (Media, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or Mass communication)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media in a related field or role (Law firm experience is an advantage).
  • Well, knowledge of digital marketing strategy and implementation.
  • The candidate must have solid and excellent English and Arabic drafting and editing skills.

Languages:

Bilingual Arabic & English, verbal and written is a must.
