Key Objectives – Should have an experience of working with international brands and understand the standard operating procedures.

Solid experience in managing quick service restaurant (QSR)

Objectives

This position requires excellent operations knowledge in Food Industry. Skills in managing people and setting goals for proper achievement of targets are also required. The strength of getting results thru others in each restaurant to increase sales and profit, monitor P&L and build Customer Loyalty. He should apply what he had done in his restaurant to all the stores he is responsible for.
