Maintaining attentiveness to guests’ dining area needs.
Responsible for checking that the kitchen has prepared the guests’ order correctly and that it looks appetizing.
Following health code standards for food handling.
Ready to assign shifts to other servers and take responsibility for the dining room and guests.
