Candidate must have experience in onshore and offshore projects.
Minimum 10 years of Experience in installation and commissioning.
Cooled DX UNITS with capacity up to 50TR
Seawater/fresh water cooled DX units with capacity up to 50TR
Air Cooled CHILLERS UNITS with capacity up to 100TR
Seawater/fresh water cooled DX units with capacity up to 100 TR
Air-cooled/Seawater/fresh water-cooled Packaged units with a capacity up to 30TR
Installation and Commissioning of Chiller and Freezer system (Cold room HVAC system)
Installation and commissioning of split units with capacity of up to 5 TR including, wall mounted, ceiling mounted, floor mounted, cassette type etc.
With experience in refurbishing the above units, including condenser/AHUs coils replacement, Compressor Oil changing, Pressure testing, vacuum, and Refrigerant charging.
Should have E&I experience related to commissioning/troubleshooting of above the HVAC systems.
Should be able to do detailed site surveys of HVAC works for offshore/onshore jobs
Should be capable of taking detailed MTOs for HVAC Systems from provided drawings or from site surveys.
Should have on hand experience of refrigerant piping brazing works.
Should have on hand experience of air balancing of the HVAC systems.
Should have knowledge about ducting and accessories like Fire dampers, SODs, VCDs, duct heaters, humidifiers/dehumidifiers, Attenuators, STLs etc.
Should be medically fit with no high sugar/high BP, water /height as issues to be able to travel / work offshore for jobs & surveys.
Should be capable of doing all the above jobs independently.
Preferably should have good knowledge of HVAC ducting works installations with its accessories.
