Looking For: HR Assistant – Doha, Qatar

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our HR department by providing administrative and recruitment assistance. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our candidate database, assisting with the recruitment process, and ensuring smooth communication and record-keeping within the department.

Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with manpower supply agencies (local and international) to fulfill the company’s recruitment needs.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for all HR correspondence.
Provide support to the HR Officer with day-to-day tasks.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the HR team or management.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
