Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights driving operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all accounting transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Participate in strategic planning by providing financial expertise and recommendations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support cash management for various entities within the group.
• Prepare/check payment batches and reconcile bank statements daily.

Job Specification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, 6 years in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
