QATAR BASED EVENT PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED
Experienced event experts already in Qatar required to join the team to smoothly execute a large and exciting project.
THE ROLES
2 x Project Coordinators
Will have a high level of events experience and be responsible for supporting the Project Directors, Project Managers and Zone Managers.
Role 1 required ASAP to 20th December.
Role 2 required 1st November until 20th December.
Technical Production Manager
Will be an experienced Production Manger to oversee the installation of scenic, power, AV, lighting and activations on site.
Required ASAP until 20th December.
Operations Manager
Will have experience of event operations and report into Zone Managers, work as their assistant, and collaborate with the core Management Team.
Required 22nd October until 20th December.
Ticket Manager
Will have ticketing and operations experience, will assist the Project Managers and collaborate with the core project team.
Required 22nd October until 20th December.
Activity Zone Manager
Will oversee the day to day onsite running of a zone. A public facing role and experience of working in family environments is an advantage.
Required 5th November until 20th December.
Catering Logistics Manager
Will be an experienced logistics manager to oversee all on-site crew catering for the live event.
Required ASAP. Initially working part time then becoming full time in mid-November until 20th December.
Brand Logistics Manager
Will be an experienced logistics manager to co-ordinate brand ambassadors across activations and manage the team onsite.
Required ASAP. Initially working part time then becoming full time in mid-November until 20th December.
Stage Managers and Assistant Stage Managers
Will have some previous experience of stage management and liaising with artists.
Required from 15th November to 20th December.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Must be in Qatar with your own accommodation.
Must have your own Qatari visa/NOC to work.
3+ years’ experience.
Event background is an absolute must.
