Position: Piping Stress Engineer: 2 Nos.

Responsibilities:
1. 10 years’ relevant experience in the oil and gas industry or related engineering consultants/EPC contractors with minimum 5 years’ experience as Stress Engineer
2. Perform pipe stress analysis (static and dynamic) of critical piping systems in accordance with ASME B31.3 code requirements using CAESAR II
3. Piping Stress Engineer shall be responsible for all Stress analysis in the Onshore Operating Plant & Offshore Platforms using CAESAR II.
4. Hands on experience in managing piping stress /support systems including performing analytical and diagnostic tests, preparing structured reports, implementing troubleshooting /reworking /upgrading tools to overcome outages.
5. Well experienced in Piping Stress Analysis in Greenfield, Brownfield involving plant modification projects.
6. Responsible to Identify stress critical lines from the line list and P&ID as per stress design basis (Including Metallic & Non-Metallic (Like GRP& GRE Pipelines)
7. Independently Perform Modeling and analysis of stress critical lines connected to pumps, columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air fin coolers, storage tanks, fired heaters, compressor & turbines etc.
8. Develop & Build CAESAR II load cases (seismic, wind, slug & PSV) for various occasional conditions.
9. Perform evaluation of nozzle loads or vessels stress utilizing WRC 107/297 capability of Caesar II program.
10. Perform the flange stress evaluation by different methods like PEQ, NC-3658 and ASME VIII.
11. Experience in Piping Stress Calculations like Static, Seismic, Wind, Structural Displacements, Wave, Blast and Transportation using CAESAR II.
12. Resolving high pipe loads on equipment nozzles for load acceptance from equipment Vendor.
