ELV Project Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Put into practice the designed system architecture to the schematics/schedules

2) Follow and implement the technical brief and requirement for each discipline for procurement and contractual agreement with suppliers and subcontractors.

3) Provide technical input to ensure all systems interconnect and interface correctly

4) Be the main support to the Deputy Project Manager through the implementation phase of the project.

5) Implement tools and procedures that ensure compliance with detailed document control processes.

6) In conjunction with the Deputy Project Manager, take the implementation role throughout the construction phase working with both internal and external teams to produce a fully integrated and co-ordinated completed system.

7) Be involved with progress meetings both internally and externally taking responsibility to document and record output and actions.

8) Take a coordination role in the construction progress meetings with Consultants/Contractors and produce actions and minutes for issue to all parties.

9) Engage with Potential Subcontractors , obtain at least three Quotations

10) Monitor the performance of Subcontractors and suppliers.

11) Manage the implementation of H&S requirements in accordance with current legislation and the procedures specified within the contract.

12) Implement measures to ensure compliance with the Techno Q internal Quality Procedures and the Clients Quality assurance, process and procedures

13) Be fully engaged with the Commissioning/Handover process and documentation

Thereof.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
7- 12 years’ of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer
Should be available locally in Qatar with NOC and transferable visa and should be available to join on immediate basis
