Job Role: Customer Service Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years of Customer Service or Service Desk Experience.
Experience in delivery of customer service.
Experience in the scheduling of work.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Bilingual language (written and verbal) in Arabic and English
Advance Excel Skills.

The candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
