* Bachelor’s (Preferred)
* Handover: 5 years min (Preferred)
* Construction or Civil Engineering (Preferred)
* Extensive experience in handling and compilation of handover documentation.
* Required experience in GCC region
* Already resident in Qatar and NOC Available.

Job Description:
1. Develop handover management plan, and check lists for projects
2. Ensure project hand over and get approval for the completed works during installation and at testing on completion stage.
3. Approach clients for handover of the project and collect their clearances.
