Hiring Senior Turnaround Controls & Assurance Coordinator for Petrochemical Plant in Qatar

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferred Mechanical/Instrument/ Electrical or equivalent)
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Turnaround planning & Execution
• Demonstrated experience in overall control of Turnarounds in Petrochemical/ Oil and Gas Sector.
• Minimum Work Experience 15 years or more of supervisory / senior level experience in Petrochemical/ Oil and Gas industries
• Experience in overall Turnaround process control and TA process quality assurance.
• Must have experience in at least 15 Turnaround planning and preparations activities. Must have implemented major improvements.
• Should possess experience in various risk assessments, audits, stage gate reviews.
• Good understanding of safety requirements, standards, procedures and applying safe work practices during job planning and execution.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team environment and support all plants in Mesaieed and RLOC as assigned.

Key Job requirements (but not limited to)

• Excellent knowledge in overall coordination and support to Turnaround Leadership and key stake holders enabling effective planning, preparation, and execution.
• Thorough knowledge on identification of risks and facilitating assessments and Lessons Learned exercise and develop mitigations and follow up closure of action items.
• Ability to coordinate with various internal and external stake holders for assessments, audits and stage gate reviews.
• Ability to provide input to build the TA WBS (work breakdown structure).
• Good knowledge of various pricing structure for contracts and assist to build the pricing schedule for contracting process.
• Good understanding of safety requirements, procedures and supporting the planning team in applying safe work practices during job planning.
• Ability to implement TA planning system requirements and deliverables with all stakeholders to ensure maximum business efficiency.
• Support in improving/ developing the TA Planning Application and oversee the consistent implementation of the same in all plants.
