Job Title: Junior Estimation Engineer
Location: Qatar
Experience Required: 2-3 years in the MEP construction field
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimation Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of QATAR experience in MEP estimation engineering, with a strong understanding of cost estimation principles and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
◘ Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects.
◘ Collaborate with engineers and other team members to gather necessary information.
◘ Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate estimates.
◘ Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
◘ Monitor and update cost estimates as project details evolve.
Qualifications:
◘ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
◘ 2-3 years of practical experience in the construction industry, particularly in MEP Systems.
◘ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, speciation, and schematic.
◘ Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
◘ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
