1) Perform customer relations and constantly cheeks guest comments for improvement.
2) Requisition according to the daily basic business, control stock, Expiry date of products and quality of food.

3) Prepares daily report for Chef de Cuisine on daily operations.

4) Controls and maintains all equipment handling with safety procedures and hygiene.

5) Participates in all training programs and conducts classes regarding preparation and standards as per schedules.

6) Keeps standard of all recipes and ensures adherence to any menu or dishes in his or her outlet.

7) Controls his food cost on line and food production rotation.

8) Assume the duties and responsibilities of the Thai chef during his or her absence.
9) Coordinates with Thai chef for all menu, carte or

10) Maintains disciplines and grooming in his or her kitchen.

11) Maintains food cost.

12) Maintains good relations with the management and staff.

13) Good communication with other kitchen and staff.

14) Assist on training the staff in his or her kitchen and restaurant for any menu.
