We are currently looking for F&B Menu Consultants / Celebrity Chefs for one of the largest entertainment & cinema chains in the Middle East:
1. Western Head Chef
2. Arabic Head Chef
3. Asian Head Chef
Job responsibilities:
1. Develop VIP menu (around 70 items) from scratch and to propose the dishes subject to management approval.
2. Develop Majlis Menu (around 15 items) from scratch and to propose the dishes subject to management approval. For Majlis (Arabic menu) infused with international touch.
3. Staff training: once Celebrity Chef completed the dishes, he or she is supposed to train chefs on the menu development.
4. Signature dishes: specifically for the client and should not be available/or sold with any restaurant/hotel.
