IT Business Analyst

Urgent requirement for an IT Business Analyst to be based in Qatar on a 3-year contract for a major IT client.

Responsibilities:

· Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

· Technology Requirements: Define intricate technology requirements and solutions that closely align with and support our strategic business objectives.

· Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure that technology initiatives are meticulously aligned with our organization’s overarching strategic goals and vision.

· Operational Efficiency: Spearhead initiatives to drive operational efficiency improvements through the strategic implementation of technology solutions.

· Innovation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and recommend innovative technology solutions that fuel business growth and competitiveness.

· Technical Knowledge: Apply deep technical knowledge to assess, select, and implement the most suitable technology solutions.

· Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts, requirements, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

· Over 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in related roles.

· Extensive technical knowledge and profound proficiency in IT systems and solutions.

· Exceptional business acumen with the ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between technology and business objectives.

· Outstanding communication skills, including the capacity to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Advanced analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret intricate data for strategic decision-making.

· Proven track record in business process analysis and documentation.
