Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor who is also an Arabic speaker (including reading and writing) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits. The Internal Auditor will be expected to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and staff, to ensure that audit findings are clearly understood and corrective action is taken where necessary Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and other processes to assess compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Communicate audit findings to management and staff in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and implement recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Identify risks and areas of non-compliance, and recommend strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Stay current with changes in regulations and industry best practices and adjust audit plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure audit recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings and recommendations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to internal controls and compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Fluent in Arabic (speak, read and write) and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as COSO, SOX, and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel as required
