A well-established Security company is looking for an Administration Officer (Arabic Nationality).The candidate should be in Qatar with transferable QID.

Job Description:
1- Writing business proposals English & Arabic.
2- Manage the various government authorities such as the civil defense, municipality and other related government bodies to ensure all operating requirements for all Company property and accommodation meets legislation and standards of the Qatar.
3- Manage all leases, contracts and landlord relationships related to Company clients.
4- Prepare client contract in English and Arabic.
5- Monitor all MOI related compliance and activities like MOI Medical, MOI Training & MOI License.
6- Assist in the production of all operational, commercial and client required contractual and compliance documentation and reports through Concept and Simple Compliance ensuring reports, data and MOI related issues and meets contracted or agreed deadlines and timescales.
7- Maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation across the contracts.
8- Co-ordinate the completion of tasks borne out of contract monthly reviews and client meetings.
9- Monitor contract and calculate the Service Failure Penalties and deductions for the monthly reports.
10- Manage correspondence exchange between company and client.
