Urgent requirement for a Vendor/License Analyst to be based in Qatar on a 3-year contract for a Governmental institution.
Mission:
To effectively manage software licenses and vendor relationships to ensure compliance, cost optimization, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- License Management: Expertly manage and optimize software and technology licenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and strict adherence to licensing agreements.
- Usage Monitoring: Continuously monitor software usage, tracking compliance, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Cost Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement advanced strategies to optimize software licensing costs.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure unwavering compliance with legal requirements and licensing agreements.
- Risk Mitigation: Lead efforts to minimize risks associated with software audits and non-compliance through comprehensive assessments and strategic action plans.
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with software vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- From 5 to 10+ years of unparalleled experience in vendor/license management or related roles.
- Exceptional expertise in software licensing agreements and mastery of compliance requirements.
- An unwavering commitment to precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to navigate interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
