CMS Administration Assistant
Job location: Doha
Support with the execution of the management of change and go-live for the CMS restructuring project.
Implement the actions resulted from the CMS restructuring project to ensure the documents are in line with the new structure.
Identify the impacted documents ensuring they reference the new documents number.
A diploma in associate of sciences or a bachelor’s degree in any engineering or sciences field
An excellent command of MS Office suite
A good understating of some information technology tools, such as SharePoint
A good knowledge of the oil and gas industry and ready to immediately roll into the job
Be self-motivated with excellent personal, organizational, reporting, and communication skills Proficient in English
Candidates locally available preferred.
