Change Management Specialist ( Temporary Contract )
Requirements:
– Experience in project management
– Background on change management and organizational development
– Understanding of communication and engagement best practices
– Knowledge of using SharePoint as an internal communications tool
– Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office products)
– Responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with the company goal and serve the purpose of the listening strategy.
– Craft employee-focused communications, engaging content, managing internal communication chanels, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
– Collaborate with leadersip to develop and implement effective change management communications.
– Identify and address resistance to change and work collaboratively with the Employee Experience team to overcome the challenges and foster a positive transition.
