Job Opening: Cost Estimator
We are a leading aluminum curtain wall system provider with a strong presence in the Worldwide market. As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a Cost Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare cost estimates for new projects and tenders
– Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements
– Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates
– Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings
– Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in cost estimating for curtain wall systems or related construction fields
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost-estimating software
– Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate with Chinese colleagues is a plus
