INVESTOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a portfolio with financial instruments and develop investment strategies base on the fundamental and technical analysis
• Build credibility and establish rapport by maintain open communication with all internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure all investors are fully authorize under current KYC requirements.
• Organize Stock Exchange original listing and plan investor conference with multiple participants.
• Produce informational videos to attract other co-investors to invest in various projects or CICC Stock Exchange.
• Develop and maintain database for accuracy of partner’s bank information and government regulations.
• Report and remit portfolio activity to investors and reconcile investor G/L month-end and clearing accounts on a timely basis.
• Perform in-depth analysis of new and adjacent project information segment opportunities for a leading customer experience marketing information services company.
• Lease negotiations between customer and client involving business and legal decisions and communication with customer and client legal and business representatives.
• Assist compliance in KYC and credit relate regulatory requirements.
