We are looking for a Purchasing Officer to purchase luxury jewelry and watches for our jewelry chains in Qatar. If you meet the requirements and qualifications listed below
Responsibilities
• Receiving Goods, Making Purchase entries, Pricing, Tag Printing, and sending to branches
• Taking care of Inventory regularly, weekly, monthly and yearly
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of orders, shipments, inventory, and reports.
• Supervise orders and determine if product quantity is sufficient. Make
appropriate adjustments to orders as needed.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Following up with suppliers for confirmation of orders
• Assessing and monitoring the quality of products
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyze
• Doing market research, understanding and comparing prices, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business
• 5 to 10 Years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep knowledge of inventory
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• valid Qatar ID
