Building Management Supervisor BMS – (6 Months Duration)
* Objective :
– The BMS shall possess Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of proven experience managing large asset management/facility maintenance projects.
– The BMS shall manage the overall administration, daily maintenance activities and Rapid Response demand support works
– Available in Doha with valid QID
* Academics :
Mechanical Engineering
* Computer Skills :
Ø Operating systems: Windows Xp, Windows 8.
Ø Other Computer skills: MS Word, MS EXCELL.
Ø Excellent working adeptness in MS Office applications for creating and tracking database programs, presentations, project reports, newsletters, perform formula / functions and manage / analyses the information.
Ø Familiar with ERP System, Microsoft dynamic 365
