Service Planning Executive
Job Description
- Strategic planning & implementation of Service Network Expansion.
- Preparation of Annual Business Plan for entire Service Department.
- Plan & implementation of Best In Town activities in line with TMC iMECAD team.
- Planning & feasibility study of new Business Opportunities.
- Preparing feasibility study for opening new branches
- Create a workshop layout & vehicle flow based on SOP for new workshop in compliance with Toyota standards
- Analysis of UIO & demand forecast for network expansion
- Plan & implement the workshop refurbishment activities in coordination with Real Estate team on day to day basis
- Prepare Business plan of strategy documents, revenue forecasting, manpower planning, CAPEX & OPEX in line with AAB Business Strategy
- Support operations in implementing key Customer retention activities, by preparing feasibility studies & other approval documents for new business opportunities
- Manage CAPEX & OPEX on day to day basis for entire Service division
- Strategic planning for Customer retention activities & implement new innovate ideas
- Effective Management of BIT activities & correspondence with TMC iMECAD
Required Skills
- Engineering Degree & preferable MBA
- 4-5 years of experience in Service Planning
- Proven record of Feasibility Studies & Strategic Planning & Executions / PDCA & Toyota Business Practice knowledge
- Strong Analytical ability
- Automotive experience is a must
