We are looking for a GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR for our 3 star Hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate should be smart, energetic and a good team player. He should have an excellent level of communication skills in Arabic & English, have good problem solving skills, customer handling skills and capable to lead FO and reservation team of 5 – 10 employees. Selected candidate should be capable to maintain relationships with internal staff, and external guests.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer Knowledge, MS office. Working experience in IDS hotel operation software is desirable. Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience in a 2 to 3 Star Hotel in Guest service, Front office & Reservation
Salary Package
Basic salary of QAR 2200 to 2500+ Accommodation+Transport+ Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule
