Tender and Estimation Manager
Specialization: Civil Tenders
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze tender documents to understand project scope, technical requirements, and compliance criteria.
– Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information for accurate cost estimation.
– Develop comprehensive project cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
– Prepare and submit compelling tender proposals that reflect our capabilities and meet regulatory standards.
– Monitor industry trends, market pricing, and competitor activities to enhance our bidding strategies.
– Engage in negotiation processes with clients and stakeholders to optimize contract terms.
– Maintain meticulous records of tender submissions, outcomes, and post-tender analysis.
– Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and procurement processes relevant to civil projects
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree With MMUP Certificate (Grade A , B & C)
– Proven experience (10+ years) in tender management and cost estimation for civil and government projects specially in call off tenders
– Deep understanding of governmental regulations, compliance standards, and procurement procedures.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate and detailed cost estimates.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration and negotiation.
– Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimation
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Candidates must be in Qatar with Valid QID
