Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Pathologist role located in Doha, Qatar. The Pathologist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting tissue specimens and bodily fluids to diagnose diseases, as well as communicating results to other healthcare professionals. The Pathologist will also be responsible for supervising laboratory staff and ensuring quality control measures are met.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pathology and Medicine
- Proficiency in laboratory skills, including Histology and Laboratory Medicine
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with laboratory regulations and quality control measures
- Board certification in Pathology is required, as well as a medical license to practice in Qatar
- Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent
- Completion of a residency in Pathology or related field
- Preferance for QCHP licensed doctors
