Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Human Resources department or a similar role.
– Proficient in performing analysis in a database environment.
– Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis.
– Experience in gathering data and developing insights to support business strategy.
– Hands-on experience in combining operational data and employee feedback from multiple touch points.
– Expertise in designing various employee engagement surveys.
– Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
– Knowledge of conducting periodic research on best practices and emerging trends.
– Research and diagnostics experience.
– PC literate with proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
